"NO PAIN, NO GAIN"   11/13/09
By Kevin from Austin, TX
I got the Master Boxset about 2 weeks ago have lost some weight and i am in constant PAIN! who ever said "NO PAIN, NO GAIN" Must have trained with John Hackleman a.k.a. The Pit Master cause its no joke. there has not been one day since i started doing the workouts were i am not in pain and sore. this workout is the real deal i have noticed my stamina and strength increase but i am still not able to keep up with the pit master and his tempo, plus the fact that he gets stuck on the 9th rep. most of the time. John Hackleman, and THE PIT crew, you guys rule and i thank you for making this awesome DVD's and i hope to one day train at THE PIT along side all of you.

Twenties   10/07/09
By John from North Haven CT
Box set came 4 days ago. I figured I could use the 20's as a warm up and then go into an other workout. Bad idea. The 20's kicked my a#@. I did the first 20 routine and then lifted weights on the first day. The next morning I could hardly walk I was so sore. I skipped a day and did the 2nd 20 routine on day 3. Felt like throwing up after. It's a great workout!! Easy to follow and exercises flow nicely. I'm waiting for a throwing dummy arrive so I can attempt the Skills & Drills DVD. Crosspit is a great workout, been using it for almost a year. I needed to replace the DVD I had due to being worn out. If you can't train at the PIT, these DVD's are the next best thing, low cost & minimal equipment needed. Hardest part will be trying to create a workout where I can combine all of the workout routines from all of the workout disks
