The Pit Workout club cards are simple workout cards that have been printed in a limited quantity. These cards are simple but the workouts are definitely not! These cards are the the second set of cards offering 10 different timed or max rep workouts. These are the 10 cards that are utalized on The Pit Master Poster and workout Program. You can start anywhere on the card, complete that exercise and move on to the next technique until all the stations are complete. Start the time when you begin and see how fast you can complete all the exercises. The idea is for your time and technique to improve. Each card is 4 x 6 inches.
