
Directions: Start with any exercise on the list. Complete that exercise, then move onto the next one until all exercises are finished. This is a timed workout, so begin your time when you start and end it when you're done. The goal is to get your personal best time while completing every station with proper form and technique.
Sandbag Workout
Find yourself the appropriate sized pumpkin and give the following workout a try!
This is a timed workout.
Pumpkin cannot touch the ground at anytime during the workout.
When your finished with the "Killer Pumpkin Workout" carve it and bake the seeds!

Sandbag workout: Complete everything holding your sandbag without letting your bag touch the ground. This is a timed workout!
"Workout 2 Play"
50 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats
100 Double Under Jump Rope
"Tens"
Complete 3 rounds for time of:
10 clean jerks with medicine ball
10 squat thrust with dumbells
10 bag slams
10 box jumps
10 pull ups
10 burpees
"Round 20"
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes:
15 squats
6 pull ups
12 head kicks
5 bag slams
"Quarters"
for time... Complete 4 rounds of the followoing:
"Reaction Time"
Complete 10 rounds of the following:
5 clap push ups
10 bag punches
5 squat jumps
4 head kicks
After you are finished with the 10 rounds of the above 4 stations rest 3 minutes and do 150 double under jump rope.
