A. There are basically four processes any credit card (CC) has to go through with an online order:
1. Your billing address and CC is entered and you press "Process Order"
2. An authorization company (third party) check's with your bank to see if the funds are available. At this time the Authorization Company places a "Temporary Hold" on those funds.
This Hold is typically 5 to 7 day's long after which the funds are released. Every time "process order" is clicked by you a hold is placed on the funds.
3. At the same time as the funds are checked and held on the CC the authorization company also has to make sure that the billing address provided matches what was entered on the billing information page. If everything matches up we get the order. If the address does not match we never see the order and you will get an error. Providing that your cc number is correct the funds will still be temporarily held.
4. It is not until we process and ship your order that the funds are taken from your account. If we need to upgrade or downgrade shipping charges steps 1 through 3 occur. The funds may be held twice but only once will the funds be taken from your account.

The Pit Workout-Skills & Drills requires a (long rope, string or masking tape), dumb bells or kettlebells, slam bag or makeshift slam bag, resistance band and a punching bag.

A. New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 day's of purchase. If new Merchandise is returned within 15-45 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 45 day's, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom or clearance items.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund or credit.
Due to vendor requirements, books and DVD's cannot be refunded or exchanged once the seal has been broken. If a defect is discovered in the purchased book or DVD, it can be exchanged for the same title.
