These Gloves have been developed to hit an opponent with.  Basically the difference between bag gloves and Sparring Gloves is the foam density within the glove.  Generally speaking gloves are harder for bag work and softer for sparring. 

It is reccomended to use your sparring gloves for hitting people with and bag gloves to his bags with.
